About Farmer & Co.
A therapeutic collective built on something a little unusual — we're cousins.
Farmer & Co. is a therapeutic collective built on something a little unusual — we're cousins. Georgia Raper, Elise Farmer, and Em Farmer grew up together, and somewhere between shared childhoods and separate careers, working together just made sense.
We come from a family that has always built things worth showing up to. From our grandmother, who filled our childhoods with creativity and imaginative play, to our grandfather, who gave his time to causes like Riding for the Disabled, to generations of family businesses before us. Farmer & Co. is our chapter of that story.
Unified in values,
distinct in focus
What surprised us was how naturally our values aligned. Different training, different paths, but the same core beliefs: that healing is relational, that creativity matters, and that people deserve care that honours the whole of who they are. We think that probably comes down to where we came from.
Together we bring psychotherapy, occupational therapy, and support work into one collective. Distinct in our focus, unified in our values.
"Healing is relational, creativity matters, and people deserve care that honours the whole of who they are."

Our Values
The relationship between a person and their practitioner is not incidental to the work — it is the work. We invest in connection, trust, and genuine care as the foundation of everything we do.
We believe in the power of creative expression as a pathway to understanding. Across all our services, we bring imagination, play, and curiosity into how we support people.
People are more than their diagnosis or their presenting concern. We hold the whole of who someone is — their story, their strengths, their context — in everything we offer.
