Support Work

Going beyond task-based assistance — creating spaces where people feel genuinely understood, empowered, and accompanied in daily life.

What is Support Work? Support that goes beyond tasks

Support work at Farmer & Co. goes beyond task-based assistance. We create spaces where people feel genuinely understood, empowered, and accompanied in their daily lives. As a therapeutic collective, our support workers draw on therapeutic principles and work closely alongside our clinicians to ensure your support is always aligned with your broader goals and wellbeing.

Who can benefit? NDIS participants across a range of needs

We work with NDIS participants across a range of experiences and support needs, including:

  • Daily living and personal care
  • Community access and social participation
  • Behavioural and emotional support
  • Capacity building through creative and experiential activities
  • Practising strategies developed with your therapist or other clinicians
How we practice at Farmer & Co Safe, consistent, and genuinely relational

We believe support work is most effective when it feels safe, consistent, and genuinely relational. Our support workers are matched thoughtfully to each person and bring patience, creativity, and a deep respect for individual pace and preference. Rather than working in isolation, they stay in close communication with our wider team to make sure everything is pulling in the same direction.

Steady, relational support that honours your pace — always aligned with your broader care.
